1. Agreement

By booking a service with 24/7 Maintenance Solutions Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by us.

2. Services

We provide property maintenance and garden services as described on our website. All work is carried out by qualified, insured, and DBS-checked personnel.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the original scope. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with additional charges.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash.

5. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of scheduled appointments. Emergency call outs cannot be cancelled once our team is en route.

6. Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

7. Liability

We hold full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.
